Cracking Howard Chair at Brightwells, Herefordshire

Update 5/11/15: Sold for £5200+Commision=£6292. A big price for a big chair. I did not expect it to go quite that high but they are very hard to find at that size so I am not surprised.

For sale on the 4th of November at Brightwells auction rooms in Herefordshire is this fine example of a Howard chair:

I would want to see the chair before bidding as the description is next to useless. No indication of original stamps/castors.

Guide price is also next to useless at £300-£500, I would expect to pay; £2500-£3500. This size rarely come up for sale.
